Our property is located outside Fort Ann, New York in the Foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. The hunting property is conveniently located just 30 minutes from Lake George, a year round resort village offering lodging and activities for couples, groups or the entire family. With so much to do, bring your friends or family and turn your trip into a relaxing vacation. Hunt while your family enjoys all the shopping and restaurants that Lake George has to offer.
Our location is a easy drive from Albany, New England and Western NY, only 20 minutes from Interstate 87.
About The Guide
Ted Goutos has owned and operated Ted’s Charter Fishing Service on Lake George for the past 20 years, and has been a New York State Licensed Guide since 1980 (#157). He is an active member in the New York State Outdoor Guides Association, and a Life Member of the NRA. He also holds a lifetime NYS Hunting License. In 2010 Ted added the hunting guide endorsement on his license and opened his property to the public.
In addition to his charter business, Ted has been involved in the travel industry, having owned the Treasure Cove Resort on Lake George for 25 years. Ted graduated from SUNY Cobleskill with an AAS Degree in Fish and Wildlife Technology.
